Order Cancellation:

Order can only be canceled before the item is shipped otherwise a dispatched item cannot be canceled.

Exchanges:

You can return or exchange regular orders with is 30 days of delivery that must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Also please note that in case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. For Complete return process, please contact to our customer services.

Refund:

We allow customers to return their ordered product within 30 days of time. No refund will be issued if the product is missing its original tags, packaging, damaged or used too many times by the customer.
